Currently, hand surgical care is fragmented, leading to suboptimal outcomes that can devastate families, perpetuating cycles of poverty. India has emerged as one of the fastest-growing emerging economies over the last two decades, and the healthcare industry has been growing at a Compound Annual Growth Rate of around 22% since 2016. On the policy front, the Indian Government is undertaking deep structural and sustained reforms to strengthen the healthcare sector; it has also announced conducive policies for encouraging Foreign Direct Investment (FDI)
